Cultivating Xaviera’s Sustainability & Longevity

i have been worried about my stability and it has taken a toll on my mental health for the past few months. 

after serious consideration and hesitation, i am reaching out for help with $10,000 to keep up with my bills during this time. 

i am an afro-latina trans woman based in boston currently seeking employment to support my livelihood and creative arts practice. 

i recently lost my job of 3 years and while this has allowed me time and opportunity to be a creative advocate within my community, it has also been a great burden and hindrance towards cultivating sustainability. 

i have exhausted every possible resource and i am at the point where my capacity to keep up with the daily demands of life is jeopardized.

my first priority is my back rent, second priority is attending the national black trans advocacy conference in april, and final priority is rebuilding my credit and savings.

the black trans conference has been monumental towards granting me the connections and support i needed to carry me through the year. 

i have been producing for another black trans sister and it would mean the world to me to see her perform our creation at the conference.
